The administration of company, employee, and plan enrollment, and the reports ("Software") made available using ACAManager is provided by WEX Health, Inc. Your use of ACAManager constitutes your acceptance of this User Agreement.

The features provided by WEX Health, Inc. on the ACAManager World Wide Web Site aca.benefitsconnect.net is owned by WEX Health, Inc. and any user is permitted to store, manipulate, analyze, reformat, print and display information from ACAManager only for said user's personal use. In no event shall any user publish, re mit, redistribute or otherwise reproduce any information or features from ACAManager in any format to anyone.

Disclaimers

WEX Health, Inc. does not make any express or implied warranties (including, without limitation, any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or use) regarding information from ACAManager. Information from ACAManager is provided to the users "as is." WEX Health, Inc. will not be liable to any user or anyone else for any interruption, inaccuracy, error or omission, regardless of cause, in information from ACAManager or for any damages (whether direct or indirect, consequential, punitive exemplary) resulting therefrom.

WEX Health, Inc. does not warrant that the operation of the Software will be uninterrupted or error free, or that all failures of the Software to conform to WEX Health, Inc.'s published specifications will be corrected.
